postage & handling) is $15.
Packages will be sent by first-class Mail.

In the “Amount” box fill in “15.00” (U.S. dollars).
Press the “Continue” button.
In the “Message” box let me know what kind and size of T-shirt you would like.
Press the “Send Money” button.
